ReferenceBoss Toolbar

ReferenceBoss Toolbar is an application that you can download from referenceboss.com. Even though you can, it does not mean that you should download the program. Of course, it is much safer to download the program from its official website, rather than to trust third-party software distributors who may bundle the suspicious toolbar with much more unpredictable and dangerous applications. When it comes down to the removal of the application, our malware researchers suggest that it is much better to remove ReferenceBoss Toolbar than to keep it running.

Mindspark Interactive Network is the company that distributes ReferenceBoss Toolbar. This company is also linked to EliteUnzip Toolbar, DailyHomeGuide Toolbar, and similar toolbars, all of which are offered in the same manner, but all of which serve a different purpose. If you want to delete Mindspark apps from your operating system, either use individual removal guides which can be found using our search box, or refer to this removal guide. Of course, it is unlikely that you will want to delete ReferenceBoss Toolbar if you want to find Reference, Dictionary, and Thesaurus directories in one place.

Most computer users delete ReferenceBoss Toolbar, not because of the services of the toolbar, but because of the related search tools. If you have downloaded ReferenceBoss Toolbar onto your web browsers abruptly, you may have missed your chance to decline home page (home.tb.ask.com) and search provider (search.tb.ask.com) modifications. ReferenceBoss Toolbar is not a browser hijacker; however, the applied search tools should raise some questions.

Searches performed using home.tb.ask.com will route you to search.tb.ask.com, an Ask.com powered search engine. As you may have discovered it yourself, the top and bottom sections of all Ask search-results pages are dedicated to “Ads.” Do you want to find advertisements and sponsored links instead of useful search results? Not many users would, and so it is not surprising that most will choose to remove ReferenceBoss Toolbar-related search tools. We recommend removing these tools even if you are not interested in the removal of ReferenceBoss Toolbar itself.

You can delete ReferenceBoss Toolbar and remove the search tools, or you can perform either of these tasks individually. Even though neither the toolbar nor the search tools are very useful, they are not dangerous, if you handle them with care, either. All in all, you can find much better replacements, and so we offer the manual ReferenceBoss Toolbar removal instructions. These instructions will also help you delete the undesirable Ask Search tools.
