copy all your most vital and important files onto an external harddisk and just restart the whole computer. Worked for me.
you need to hold down keys ctrl-alt-esc until you see the program and end task until gone.and go to your program file and it should all delete off if it don\'t work the first time keep trying you might need two people because it keeps trying to cut off.it is a stong virus.but it will go.

Remove the Spyware by going into safemode, then running a program called Malware Bytes, Its free, and will remove it :-). All that needs to be said.

My tip:
Security tool and its clones are known for disableling other programs but basicly do the same over and over again.
Locate one of its shortcuts and right click on it so you can see where it is located.
Now rename the .exe file and reboot your computer.
Now securitytool should not be loaded allowing you to do everything again go back to the file you just renamed and delete it.
