Antivirus Best also tends to display pop-up messages, system alert notifications and warnings, all of which state that the computer is infected with malware (which are also all completely fake).

Antivirus Best is designed to dupe people and do away with their hard earned cash. Once the software is purchased it is actually completely useless. Antivirus Best will NOT assist in removing infections or preventing future infections, in fact Antivirus Best will only cause mroe damage to the infected system.
