The system security has figured out a way to prevent me from opwning any file where I could delet them. Malware won't open. Add and remove won't open. just internet and My anti virus won't open. They have taken over my computer.I sent them an e-mail telling them i don't want their product to please remove it from my computer. I even gave them my home number to reach me.I don't know what else to do.

Don't feel bad. System Security has taken over yet another computer, my daughters and the only thing I see to do is to f-disk and reinstall the system.

easy way to remove
1. take ownership of folder and add only system and deny all access
2. load the task manager or my preference process explorer and copy/rename to 1234.exe (the application will think it is part of system security) and then end the application with the same icon (will be in C:\documents and settings\all user\application data\
3. now you can load anything- just make sure you don't reboot with system restore installed.

I experienced the same problem
system security infects, then i cant open anything
so i just took a list of all the important stuff i needed
and i reboot.
much simpler than i thought it would be
