C:\Windows\System32\vytingru.exe
Just found it should work
I found mine in system 32, as an exe but with a completely different name, perhaps it is a random name? When you get a pop up start closing oddly named processes and write down the names or do a search for them. If the pop up closes when you close the exe, guess what you just found, the file. Delete
Also go to Run and type msconfig. Go to the startup tab and look for any suspicious file names with random characters like fppsys, vytingru. Disable those programs at start up and your problem should be fixed.
Did it just change your wallpaper?
Ok, it seems to have worked, best of luck for the rest of the people with this annoying problem.
