The problem is that it is hard to say how trustworthy the added links could be. As there is a possibility that they could be untrustworthy, using the search tool overall becomes risky. Now, it is up to you to decide what kinds of risks you want to take, but if you want our advice, this is not the risk you should be taking. At the end of the day, all of the websites that are represented via hp.hfindaflightpro.com and Find A Flight Pro can be accessed via any browser, and you can even bookmark them if you want to access them directly from your homepage. If you do not delete the PUP, it will continue collecting data about you and your browsing activity, and this data will be used by undisclosed parties.
