  10. Delete remove files entitled:
    a) Preferences.
    b) Secure Preferences.
    c) Web Data.
  11. Navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.
  12. Locate and then delete a file called prefs.js.
