Software security experts say that programs like are browser hijackers. It means that you should remove this and other applications from your computer as soon as possible. Perhaps you do not even know that is not the only unwanted application on-board. If that is the case, you should seriously consider scanning your computer with a licensed antispyware tool that would help you figure out the current status of your system’s security. The problem is that those programs may not be extremely dangerous, but the longer they remain on your system, the more damage they can cause, and then it would be really hard to go back.

We believe that is associated with,,, and other websites that it shares a web server with. It could be that there is an entire group of potentially unwanted applications and browser hijackers that get distributed around the web in the same pattern. For now, it seems that this browser hijacker is distributed in software bundles, and thus it means that you must have installed it on your PC yourself. Of course, we do not mean that you wanted to have this application on-board. What we are saying is that you should have been more careful. uses the same template as hao123 and Yandex. So the search engine is either created by the same developers or its creators have ripped off the template from the popular Chinese and Russian websites. It is clear, though, that this search engine cannot provide you with original search function because it redirects your search results from a modified Google Search site. Needless to say, Google is not in any way related to this browser hijacker. Making use of popular search providers for their own purposes is very common among browser hijacker, so that should not come as a surprise.

Does show you reliable search results, though? That is highly questionable. It is a lot more likely that the program will display modified search results. They will be modified according to your web browsing habits. This also implies that the browser hijacker will collect information on your web browsing habits, trying to figure out your likes and preferences. Once it has enough information, it will embed the search results with links that would be associated with your most recent searches. Their logic is that since it is something you have been looking for; you would be more willing to click it. And if you click it, you will generate them a financial profit.

Do you get anything in return? Unfortunately, not. For the most part, having this browser hijacker on your computer will only slow down your system and your browser. You will also notice a big amount of commercial ads on your screen, and it is very likely that you will not be able to browse the web as you were used to.

There is also another scenario we have to discuss. That is, the potential exploitation by a malevolent party. Browser hijackers often become malware distribution vehicles because they have many security loopholes and they can be easily exploited by anyone who is well-versed in computer programming. So, if ends up promoting malicious third-party content, it could spell real trouble. You could get infected with malware that will seriously steal your money, consequently causing an ultimate system crash. Albeit this possibility is not very big, you should not take your chances. After all, who would want to deal with such an annoying program as on a daily basis?

Computer users complain that usually appears as their start page on Internet Explorer and Chrome. But we will also give you the instructions how to reset the Firefox browser as well. As you can see, this browser hijacker does not give you the possibility to remove it via Control Panel, but that may not be necessary.

Unless you want to remove all the other unwanted applications that might have arrived the program on our PC, too. If that is the case, we would recommend removing programs with licensed antispyware tool that can detect and terminate all the threats automatically. What’s more, by acquiring a security application you would also protect your system from similar threats in the future.
