Clearly, this search tool does not offer any exclusive services, which is why it is strange that you have chosen to set it as your homepage or, maybe, your default search provider. Did you not give this search tool the permission to replace your regular search tools? If that is the case, you might have a serious browser hijacker on your hands. Even if you have installed the search tool yourself, you have to analyze it to make sure that you do not need to delete it.
