  2. Go to: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[USER PROFILE]\jetpack
  3. Find a folder with a random title, e.g. jiii-dlXC77evfJ57CC@jetpack.
  4. Right-click the folder and click Delete.
  5. Find the following directory: %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\36iwse76.default\extensions
  6. Locate a folder called recipes@jetpack.xpi.
  7. Right-click the folder and choose Delete.

Google Chrome

  1. Press Windows Key+E.
  2. Navigate to the following paths separately:
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\[USER PROFILE]\Extensions
  3. Locate folders titled as fcocgmbjclamobebmahehmdhnniplhco in the directories listed above.
  4. Right-click these folders separately and click Delete.

Erase the junk files

  1. Press Windows Key+R, type regedit and press OK.
  2. Find the following paths separately:

  4. Right-click these key separately and select Delete.
  5. Close the Registry Editor and empty the Recycle bin.
