Windows XP

  1. Click the Start button and choose Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Network Connections.
  3. Right-click on the Local Area Connection and select Properties.
  4. Click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and press Properties.
  5. Mark the Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically radio buttons.
  6. Press OK.

Windows Vista

  1. Press the Windows button in the bottom-left corner and go to Control Panel.
  2. Click Network and Internet.
  3. Select Network and Sharing Center.
  4. Access Manage network connections and right-click on your network.
  5. Select Properties and click the Networking tab.
  6. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)/Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
  7. Click Properties.
  8. Mark Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically.
  9. Press OK.

Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 8.1/Windows 10

  1. Press Win+R and type in Control Panel. Press OK.
  2. Under Network and Internet, select View network status and tasks.
  3. Choose Change adapter settings and identify your network. Right-click on it and select Properties.
  4. On the General tab, click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)/Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
  5. Click Properties.
  6. Mark the Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically radio buttons.
  7. Press OK.

Reset your browsers

Google Chrome

  1. Press Alt+F and go to Settings.
  2. Click Show advanced settings at the bottom.
  3. Click Reset settings at the bottom.
  4. Click Reset in the confirmation window.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Press Alt+H and go to Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click Refresh Firefox.
  3. In the confirmation window click Refresh Firefox again.
  4. Press Finish.

Internet Explorer

  1. Press Alt+T and go to Internet Options.
  2. Select the Advanced tab and click Reset.
  3. Mark the Delete personal settings checkbox and click Reset.
  4. Press Close.
