Found coincidentally that the date the problem started with Chrome and this ytbookmark that my chrome had supposedly been updated, found that in program files(x86)\google\chrome that there was a chrome_old.exe so I uninstalled chrome completely. Found folders from program files folder had not been removed so I manually deleted all the folders and reinstalled Chrome. Problem gone no more YTBookmark extension.
