You may face the malicious threat after installing SmartBar Toolbar and other suspicious browser extensions as well. If you have noticed this deceptive, illegal activity already – make sure to remove hijacker from the operating Windows system. Note that the infection is highly malicious and failure to delete it from the computer can lead you to highly undesirable after-effects.

Even though offers you to browse the web using the categories of Web, Images and Applications, it is not wise to trust it. Of course, the first thing you should do is read through the presented Terms of Use/Privacy Policy documents, which may disclose that the suspicious search engine uses cookies to collect your identifiable information. Unfortunately, at the time of research, these documents were not available. This is highly suspicious and you should never use a search engine before familiarizing yourself with its privacy policies. Despite this, it is clear that the search engine is advertisement-based and the search results presented to you are filtered. If you are not careful about what link you click on, you could be routed to sites related to virtual scams and malware.

It is a must to delete hijacker from the operating Windows system and this task should be performed with the assistance of automatic spyware detection and removal software.
