Click.Livesearchnow.com

Click.Livesearchnow.com is the name of the webpage to which you will be redirected if some potentially unwanted application, browser add-on, or the so-called redirect virus has been installed onto the PC. It has been noticed that not all browsers can be hijacked. It is possible that out of, for example, three browsers, only one will be affected by Click.Livesearchnow.com. Once you notice that the computer is not running properly and you cannot access a preferred website when you click the link provided in the search results, take immediate actions to remove the unwanted intruder.

It has been observed that the user can be provided with some search results, but instead of a particular website, the user finds that the webpage Click.Livesearchnow.com is about to load. It is possible that no content will be shown and one will have to click Back in order to get back to the search results. If the same link is clicked again, it is possible that the intended webpage will be opened.

It has also been noticed that two different interfaces of Click.Livesearchnow.com exist. If you are redirected to a search engine, don use it in order to avoid advertising website and pop-up messages that you might encounter.  Moreover, Click.Livesearchnow.com may be used to monitor your browsing habits so that the information collected can be used for advertising purposes or, as they tend to claim, for enhancing their services and products.

In order to redirect you to Click.Livesearchnow.com, the unwanted application alerts the Windows host file. The sooner you make sure that the browsers are no longer being manipulated by the threat, the sooner you can safely browse the internet and access relevant hits.

In order to remove the so-called browser hijacker, follow the step-by-step instructions which will help you remove the additional lines in the Windows hosts file, alter the proxy settings and restore the default settings of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If you find that these instructions are too difficult and you would prefer an easier way, install SpyHunter which will do everything for you automatically and of course safeguard the computer against future computer threats.
