No matter how careful you might be about browsing the Internet, things like CIBS Pol Virus can still find a way into your computer. Since you have not committed anything illegal, CIBS Pol Virus cannot do anything to do. It could not either way, because it is a malicious program that has nothing to do with Swiss Police Office. Therefore, you have to ignore the message displayed by this threat completely:

Sie haben gegen das Gestz über “Urheberrecht und verwandte Schutzrecthe” (Video, Musik, Software) verstoßen und unrechtmäßig urheberrechtliche Inhalte genutzt, bzw. verbreiteit und somit gegen Art. 128 des Strafgesetzbuches der Schweizerischen Strafgesetzbuches verstoßen.

Die Strafe kann jeweils nur 72 Stunden nach Begehen der Straftat entrichtet werden. Nach Abflauf der Frist von 72 Stunden verfällt die Möglichkeit einer Strafzahlung und innerhalb der nächsten 72 Stunden wird automatisch gegen Sie ein Strafverfahren eingeleitet.

Der Betrag der Strafzahlung beläuft sich auf CHF 100 order €100 PaySafeCard oder Ukash.

For Windows Vista & Windows 7

For Windows XP

2. When a confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes.
3. Access the Internet and download SpyHunter.
4. Open Start Menu and click Run.
5. Enter "msconfig" into Open box and click OK.
6. Select Startup tab on System Configuration Utility.
7. Un-check all programs on the list and click OK to save changes.
8. Reboot the PC in Normal Mode.
9. Install SpyHunter and run a full system scan to detect CIBS Pol Virus.
