Iminent Community Toolbar

Iminent Community Toolbar is a browser add-on which you can download from various websites, including ourtoolbar.com, or you may install it accidentally when running an installer of freeware. The toolbar is compatible with Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Google Chrome.  According to the official page of the application in question, you can customize your Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Dailymotion  and other accounts and instant messengers such as WLM, Yahoo and AOL. Because of the tendency to bundle this add-on with other free programs, Iminent Community Toolbar is now treated as an unwanted application. If you do not want to have various emoticons, winks and other additional graphic elements on your social networking account, remove Iminent Community Toolbar.

If you pay no attention to the installation wizard, your search engine may be changed to iminent Customized Web Search and the home page changed to search.conduit.com. As to the toolbar, you can adjust it according to your needs by selecting what options you want to have on hand. Moreover, you are provided with an Iminent search box, the radio, YouTube button allowing you to search it without closing the website you are currently browsing.

Uninstall Iminent Community Toolbar

Windows Vista/7

1. Open the Start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Click on Uninstall a program.
3. Select iminent Toolbar and click on the Uninstall/Change button.

Windows XP

1. Open the Start menu and click on Control Panel.
2. Select Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select iminent Toolbar and press the Remove button.

Windows 8

1. Right-click in the Metro UI and select All apps.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Select Uninstall a program under Programs or Programs and Features.
4. Right-click on the unwanted application and select Uninstall.

Remove Iminent Community Toolbar

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open the browser.
2. Press and hold Ctrl, then press and hold Shift and press A.
3. Click on Extensions and remove imminent.
4. Press and hold Alt and then press H.
5. Go to Troubleshooting Information and click on Reset Firefox.
6. On the dialog box, again click on Reset Firefox and then Finish.

Google Chrome

1. On the open browser, press and hold Alt and then press the F key.
2. Select Tools - > Extensions.
3. Remove imminent by clicking on the bin icon.
4. Click on Settings on the left side of the browser.
5. Mark “Open a specific page or set of pages” and click on Set pages under On startup section.
6. Remove search.conduit.com and add a new startup website.
7. To edit the search engine, go to the Search Section and click on Manage search Engines.
8. Remove the unwanted search engine and add a new one.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the browser.
2. Press and hold Alt and press the T key.
3. Click on Toolbars and Extension and look for Iminent Toolbar. It may not be present on the browser after you uninstall it in Control Panel.
4. Click on Search Providers and Remove the unwanted one.
5. Press Alt+T and go to Internet Option.
6. In the General tab, change the home page and press OK.
