Uninstall WiseConvert Toolbar

Windows Vista/Windows 7

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Click on Control Panel and select Uninstall a program. If you cannot find this option, first click on Programs and Features.
3. Right-click on WiseConvert Toolbar and select Uninstall.

Windows 8

1. Right-click in the Metro UI.
2. Select All Apps.
3. Click on Control Panel.
4. Choose Uninstall a program under Programs or Programs and Features.
5. Double-click on the unwanted application to remove it.

Windows XP

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Go to Control Panel - > Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select and remove WiseConvert Toolbar.

Remove WiseConvertToolbar from your browsers

Google Chrome

1. Open the browser.
2. Hold down the Alt key and then press F (Alt+F).
3. Go to Tools - > Extensions.
4. Remove the unwanted extension.
5. Click on Settings on the left side of the browser.
6. To set a particular home page instead of a blank tab, mark Open a specific page or set of pages and click on Set pages.
7. Remove the unwanted startup page, add a new one and press OK.
8. To restore your search engine, click on Manage search engines.
9. Delete the unwanted search engine and add a new one.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open the browser.
2. Press and hold Ctrl, then do the same to the Shift key and press A to open Add-ons Manager.
3. Check whether WiseConvert is present in the Extensions list. If so, remove it.
4. Click on the Firefox button.
5. Go to Help - > Troubleshooting Information.
6. Select Reset Firefox. On a new dialog box, click on Reset Firefox and then Finish.
7. To change the home page, Click on Firefox - > Options (In other versions, click on Tools and go to Internet Options).
8. Open the General tab and change the home page. Save changes by click on OK.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the browser.
2. Press and hold Alt and then press T.
3. Select Manage Add-ons.
4. In Toolbars and Extensions, look for WiseConvert Toolbar. If it is present there, disable it.
5. Click on Search Providers, remove WiseConvert Customized Web Search and select the Remove button. Close the window.
6. Hold down the Alt key and press T.
7. Select Internet Option.
8. Click on the General tab and change the home page. To save the changes, click OK.
