Internet Explorer:

1. Launch Internet Explorer, click on Tools and got to Manage Add-ons. Alternatively, if you run older IE versions, go to Tools, then Internet Options, click on the Programs tab and then select Manage Add-ons.
2. Disable unfamiliar add-ons.
3. Go back to Tools, select Internet Options and move to Search Providers.
4. Click on the Generals tab, enter a preferred search provider and click OK.

Mozilla Firefox:

1. Click on Tools and go to Add-ons to open Add-ons Manager.
2. Go to Extensions and uninstall suspicious items.
3. Now go back to Tools and click on Options.
4. Click on the General tab and change your home page.

Google Chrome:

1. Click on the Customize and control Google Chrome icon on the right.
2. Go to Settings and scroll down to Search.
3. Click on the drop-down menu and select Google.
4. Now click on Manage search engines.
5. Click on and select “x” next to it.
