It is clear, that Program:MSIL/Pameseg.B is a Trojan downloader that connects to the Internet behind the user's back in order to download more malware onto target computer. The Trojan does not need the user's consent to install the downloaded program, and so over time your computer can become heavily infected with malware because of Program:MSIL/Pameseg.B.
