Trojan.Danginex

Trojan.Danginex is a dangerous computer parasite, because it is related to many other computer threats, and if one allows this infection to remain in the affected system, in the end the user can experience a total system crash due to myriads of infections that can come along with the parasite. Trojan.Danginex is an annoying pest which downloads and installs other programs onto your system with your knowledge or consent. Needless to say, that the programs in question are none the other but various additional malware components which are definitely detrimental to your system.

There are many ways for Trojan.Danginex to enter your system, and you simply have to be careful while you are browsing the internet, because lately social networking websites like Facebook are especially vulnerable to various hacks and bugs. Do not respond to messages sent by unknown people, and do not click on any external link unless you really know that the source is reliable. It takes just a moment to get infected by Trojan.Danginex and you might not be aware of that until it is too late.

The reason why it is hard to tell whether you are infected is because Trojan.Danginex does not have a genuine user’s interface. If you notice your system behaving weird, only the presence of such processes like writeb.exe, ms0cfg32.exe or ig4dev3232.exe in your Windows Task Manager can prove that you are infected. Not to mention that Trojan.Danginex makes use of genuine Windows processes such as csrss.exe and Explorer.exe, and duplicates them, thus making it seem that the processes that are running are not dangerous while in fact they belong to the Trojan.

The process you should be especially weary of is systemcleaner.exe. It is one of the Trojan.Danginex’s components, but it is also recognized as a constituent of Trojan.Win32.Nebuler, which is a data stealing Trojan, and it can gather information from the infected computer in order to send it out to a third party. So it means that while you are infected with Trojan.Danginex which is known for downloading other malicious programs, you are most likely to be infected by Trojan.Win32.Nebuler as well, and so little by little your system gets swarmed by numerous parasites which can lead to the ultimate system crash.

Therefore, if your computer is slow, and you notice that you cannot operate it as before, check whether you are infected by Trojan.Danginex. And if the answer is positive, remove Trojan.Danginex from your system right now, using a reliable antimalware tool that can secure your system against similar threats.
