You can start by trying to run computer in SAFE MODE. (Press F8 repeatedly just after you turn on your computer. A menu will pop-up. Choose SAFE MODE with networking.)

  6. Tabasco Dec 28, 2010

I also got the Internet AntiVirus.
Tried everything to get rid of it without downloading
    more unknown programs.
Finally, knowing what date it got on my PC, I used
"Restore" in System Tools for the date prior to getting
    the Internet AntiVirus. It worked!
I use Windows XP with the service paks.
System is now back to normal and no trace of that horrible program.

    To Naveen:

Check to see what date you downloaded
    Internet AntiVirus.
    Use, Start, All Programs, Accessories,
System Tools, System Resore for the date
    just prior to the download.
    It worked for me.
