my problem is now actually getting access to anything on my daughter's infected laptop. All that I am able to do is basically check out of one spyware/virus system after another as they pop up. The majority of programs on her computer are no longer available or at least visible. Is there a program that can be started at boot up to take care of this.

    Thanks

I had the XP antispyware virus also. It made it so that I cannot connect to the internet on that computer. I believe I have gotten rid of the complete virus and I did a check tom ake sure that none of the files and registries listed above were on that computer, and I found none. I still cannot connect to the internet. Can anyone suggest anything for me to try?
