    hello i've remove the nortel antivirus. go to task managment find wox.exe and/or mgrdll.exe end the processes then go to add and remove if you find it there just delete or uninstall. thanks

    The above comments were very helpful as the file names for Nortel Antivirus has changed.

    You will find a folder "nsr" at C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication Datansr
    This folder contains 4-files that must be deleted.
    Search "Nortel" and you will find two additional NORTEL_EXE-XXXXXXXXX.pf files to be deleted
