Weatherbuddy Ads

Weatherbuddy Ads might start showing up on random web pages when you install a suspicious potentially unwanted program. This application was created by Easy language learning system LLC (also known as ELLS LLC), and it is officially represented at weatherbuddy.net. The app allegedly can provide you with beneficial services that you might be even willing to pay money for. In reality, this potentially unwanted program is not all that great, and it certainly does not deserve a monthly payment of $3. According to the official promotion, the app can provide you with the latest weather forecast according to your geographical location. These, of course, are the features of a useful tool, but that does not mean that the app is reliable. Other features that it boasts of include “unlimited forecast,” “future forecasts,” and beautiful design. Of course, there is nothing wrong with any of this, but let’s be honest, these are not real features. Unfortunately, this is not the main reason remove Weatherbuddy from your operating system. Continue reading, and you will learn some interesting things.

When you install Weatherbuddy, you are offered the free version of this potentially unwanted program. The Premium version costs $3 per month, but it is unlikely that many users would go for this offer, considering that it does not provide users with better services. What the creators of this PUP do is that they try to coerce users into paying for the Premium version by flooding them with advertisements. There are only two additional features associated with the Premium version. The first one suggests that your weather forecasts will be updated, which does not make much sense, considering that weather forecasts are updated for the users of the free version as well. The second feature indicates that only the Premium version of Weatherbuddy can guarantee an ad-free service. That means that that the users of the free version might be bombarded with advertisements. Needless to say, we identify them as Weatherbuddy Ads because of their associated with the PUP. Surprisingly, the potentially unwanted program itself is not responsible for the introduction of advertisements.

Weatherbuddy Ads should appear with the assistance of Inetstat, yet another potentially unwanted program that our research team has reviewed in a separate article already. This infection silently opens browser’s windows to generate traffic to all kinds of websites. This unreliable piece of software has been found to be bundled with all kinds of malicious programs, and so if you discover it (check the uninstallers via the Control Panel), you should immediately scan your operating system to see if other infections are present. You should also use the scanner if Weatherbuddy Ads started showing up after you downloaded the PUP using a bundled installer that might have presented a bunch of unreliable, removal-worthy infections at the same time. While the PUP we are discussing in this report is not stealthy – for one, it creates a shortcut on Desktop – there are plenty of infections that can conceal themselves and run without your notice.

We have good news for you: The removal of Weatherbuddy Ads is easy! You can get rid of the annoying ads by deleting Weatherbuddy and Inetstat PUPs. If you have no idea how to uninstall apps like these, follow the instructions below. Even if you are inexperienced, we are sure that you will be able to clean your operating system from them and have Weatherbuddy Ads deleted at the same time.
