Privacy Center

Privacy center (also known as PCenter, Privacycenter) is associated with Privacy Components and PrivacyComponents. Privacy center is downloaded and installed via a Trojan application and through the use of browser security holes. This occurs without the user’s consent or knowledge. An erroneous notification of fake security and privacy risks is displayed to the user of the infected computer once Privacy center is embedded within a computer system. This tactic is to trick the user into purchasing the “full” version of Privacy center. Privacy center program itself is useless, because it does not remove any infections. It will only show fake error reports about your computer. Experts suggest that Privacy center be deleted from a computer as soon as it is detected.

habs gerade geschafft!
Starte den Rechner im abgesicherten Modus mit Eingabeaufforderung, dann start system hineinschreiben, dann suche den Ordner Programm files, dort den Ordner Privacy center oeffnen und Uninstall druecken! klingt ganz einfach, habe aber eine Weile gebraucht.....
