File Fix Professional

FileFix Professional (also known as File Fix Professional or FileFix Professional 2009) is a fake security program. FileFix Professional is known to get promoted by a Trojan virus. This Trojan infiltrates without your awareness or consent and then muddles up your Microsoft Office, PDF and media files. This Trojan encrypts these files thus making them illegible. When attempting to open these encrypted files, you will get a following Windows File Protection alert:

“Windows File Protection
Windows detected that some of your MS Office and media files are corrupted. Click here to download and install recommended file repair application.”

Clicking on these alerts will get you downloading and installing FileFix Professional trialware. Once FileFix Professional has entered your computer system, it will bombard you with continuous pop-ups and fabricated scanners that pretend to spot your corrupted files.

FileFix Professional will offer its own commercial version for fixing these detected files. This is the way to trick you into purchasing the full version of FileFix Professional. Purchasing FileFix Professional will be a waste of time as it does not remove any problems. FileFix Professional should be deleted immediately from any computer system.
