Rtsplgob Toolbar is one many Trojan Zlob toolbars. Rtsplgob Toolbar was created to scare users into buying fake anti-spyware. It is a simple clone of Nmwegbsf Toolbar (which is a clone of Pvnsmfor Toolbar. Which is a clone of Mkrndofl Toolbar...) so on and on......
Rtsplgob Toolbar hides in IExplorer and he will hijack users home page. Rtsplgob Toolbar will try to offer user to click Rtsplgob Toolbar’s buttons... “Remove Popups, Scan Spyware, Security Test, and Spam Protection". The may reason is to trick users and make him Push some kind of Rogue anti-spyware program. And there is a possible that Rtsplgob Toolbar will give user fake search results, where he could find an alert:
