ADClick

You should delete ADClick from your system the moment you notice its presence because this application is not trustworthy at all and it is going to act in a really irritating way. In addition, specialists at pcthreat.com (they have tested ADClick) say that this piece of software is not that innocent – it might cause harm to the system rather quickly. You probably understand that there is no point in keeping software that does not act in a useful way and might cause harm to the system. Unfortunately, it is a really hard task to delete this application because it does not have an uninstaller. To be honest, you will have to remove its files and registry keys yourself. Do not worry; our specialists will not leave you alone with this. You will find out how to remove this advertising-supported application by hand in the article.

First of all, let us explain to you why you need to delete this adware program. If you already have it installed, you have probably noticed yourself that various annoying advertisements keep appearing in the bottom-right corner of the Desktop. These ads usually promote software, products, websites, and services. Even though these ads look reliable, the truth is that they are not. In addition, they will appear whenever they want to and will cover the screen, which means that users will have to keep closing them in order to see what is behind them. Security specialists also want to warn users that these commercial advertisements might contain bad links and immediately redirect users to hacked web pages. Of course, nothing will happen if you do not click on them, but you should keep in mind that it is possible to do that accidentally, so the removal of ADClick would be the best decision.

There is no doubt that ADClick wants to convince you to click on these ads, so it seeks to provide you with relevant advertisements. In order to find out more about you and your interests, this program will track you and record the following details about you: browsing history, ads you are interested in and click on, the content you access, IP address, approximate location on the basis of the location of the Internet service provider, system time and browser type, and other information associated with the computer and users’ activities on the web. We cannot guarantee that your personal information is safe too. If you do not want to allow this program to violate your privacy, delete it as fast as you can.

Researchers at pcthreat.com have also revealed that ADClick creates a Task osTip in C:\Windows\System32\Tasks and osmsg Value in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. It does that to be able to log on and start together with Windows. Furthermore, it seems that this application will connect to the Internet without permission from time to time. There is a risk that it will update itself and will start acting in a much more harmful way. It can also download other unreliable programs. Therefore, you should delete this adware for good.

Many users wonder how advertising-supported applications manage to sneak onto computers, so we want to explain them how this happens. According to specialists, ADClick travels in software bundles together with other programs, e.g. TTWiFi. As adware hides behind TTWiFi, users do not even know that they agree with its installation too. If you do not want to allow untrustworthy software to enter your system ever again in the future, you need to install a security tool and keep it there all the time. On top of that, you should never visit untrustworthy web pages ever again because they might contain malicious software or you might infect your PC by simply clicking on an advertisement shown on such a website.

As we have already mentioned you, ADClick cannot be removed via Control Panel, so you will have to remove all its components manually or use an automatic malware remover (e.g. SpyHunter). If you are less experienced user, you simply need to click on the Download button that can be found below, download the tool, and scan your system. Thank you! No program detected it, so manual purge is the only option I had. Glad I did it right.
