EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar

EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar is a browser plugin that should provide tools for editing images, photos, and pictures. In addition, this piece of software should also enable users to convert files, access a collection of free pictures, and share photos easily and quickly. Many users believe that EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar is really beneficial, which is why hundreds of users install this toolbar and see it added at the top of their Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Even though this browser plugin looks really beneficial, we do not think that it can be trusted fully. Therefore, we suggest that you eliminate it from your browsers. You will have to do that also if you want to eliminate the search engine EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar will set. Many users find it really hard to do that, so we suggest reading through this article carefully and then using instructions which are provided below this article.

It seems that this particular Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. product is rather prevalent. Researchers have managed to find out that this piece of software is the most popular in India, Algeria, Pakistan, Egypt, and the United States. Actually, it is not surprising that the United States is among those countries because EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar itself is hosted on the IP address, which shows that its main server is located in Yonkers, New York. Even though EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar is the most popular in the aforementioned countries, it does not mean that it cannot enter other computers. Therefore, users have to be very careful with it. Do not worry; you will definitely notice the presence of EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar on your browsers if it ever sneaks onto your computer.

EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar looks like a really useful browser plugin. It does not have useful functions integrated into it, but it really enables users to access easyphotoedit.com, Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, and other popular web pages. Unfortunately, we still cannot call it fully reliable because there is a risk that users will be taken to bad web pages after clicking on any of those buttons placed on it. In addition, it has been observed that the search engine which it sets, i.e. ask.com provides users with the sponsored content. Ask.com alone is not a bad search engine; however, it is better not to use it if it has been set after the installation of some kind of program. If you do not listen to our advice and continue using it to find the information on the web, you might cause harm to your system. Actually, you might be taken to bad web pages full of malware after clicking on a single link/advertisement.

Unfortunately, EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar will not only provide you with the sponsored content, but might also cause you privacy-related problems because this software is going to collect information about your activities. If you read the Privacy Policy available on its official website carefully, you will soon find out that it will record information about your device, IP address, your browser type and language, and other browsing-related information. It might also store name, email address, and telephone number if you provide them yourself. Third-party web pages you might be redirected to while using EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar might also record information about you, so the possibility that your privacy will be violated is quite high.

Specialists have observed that EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar will not only appear on your browsers and change your homepage and search engine, but will also create a bunch of CLSID keys, e.g. {30160796-9735-4199-8E42-64C5257455ED}, {83F8B6DD-B7D3-4386-8513-16BC628F255C}, and {80AEEE4F-998B-4E0A-B4D0-E101919F7298}. In addition, it will create a folder EasyPhotoEdit_g3 in %Program Files% (%Program Files(x86)%). Last but not least, it creates a bunch of registry keys, e.g. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\EasyPhotoEdit_g3, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\AppDataLow\Software\EasyPhotoEdit_g3, and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EasyPhotoEdit_g3. Yes, you have understood correctly, this Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. product makes many modifications. Of course, you can fix them by removing EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar.

EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar is not the only browser plugin. In fact, Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc. has developed thousands of them, for example, 100sOfRecipes Toolbar, Video Scavenger Toolbar, Citysearch Toolbar, and Zwinky Toolbar. They all have their official web pages; however, our security specialists still believe that they might travel in software bundles and thus enter your system secretly one day. If you do not want this to happen, you should always install new applications carefully. Security specialists at pcthreat.com also suggest that you install a security tool on your system. Do not forget to update your tool from time to time and scan your system periodically.

It is possible to remove EasyPhotoEdit Toolbar from the system manually. In order to do that, you have to erase this software via Control Panel and then reset your browsers one by one. We hope that our instructions will help you to eliminate this browser plugin. If not, scan your system with an automatic malware remover, e.g. SpyHunter. A trustworthy tool will fix everything for you.
