  1. Launch the browser and tap Alt+T.
  2. Select Manage Add-ons.
  3. In the menu on the left choose Search Providers.
  4. Remove the undesirable search provider and click Close.
  5. Tap Alt+T again and choose Internet Options.
  6. Click the General tab.
  7. Delete/overwrite the Home Page URL and click OK.

Remove from Google Chrome:

  1. Launch the browser and tap Alt+F.
  2. Select Settings and find the On Startup section.
  3. Mark Open a specific page or set of pages and click Set pages.
  4. Delete/overwrite the URL of the unwanted search tool and click OK.
  5. Move to Appearance and select Show Home button.
  6. Click Change and follow step 4 to get rid of the unwanted search tool.
  7. Move to Search and click Manage search engine.
  8. Click X on the URL of the search provider you wish to delete. Click Done.

Remove from Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Launch the browser and tap Alt+T.
  2. Select Options, move to the menu on the left, and click General.
  3. Delete/overwrite the URL under Home Page.
  4. Go to the menu on the left and click Search.
  5. Choose the desired search provider and Remove the unwanted provider.
