ShieldFix PC Cleaner

ShieldFix PC Cleaner falls into the category of potentially unwanted programs, because it is not clear whether it is useful or not. The application can conduct a scan of your computer very fast, but it fails to provide details about its findings. For all we know, the scan might be fictitious or the application just fixes things that are not even an issue, so you can simply remove it. In any case, we need to take a closer look at, because it is not free. The application costs a considerable amount of money, so is it worth it? Hopefully we will provide you with the answer.

Allegedly, the application will fix Windows registry errors, boost your computer’s speed, remove malware, protect your privacy, optimize your computer’s performance, and get rid of junk files. All of these functions are packed in this neat little application that does everything in less than 1 second. If it sounds too good to be true, it definitely is. If you install this application it will perform a scan of your computer. It will inevitably find hundreds or even thousands of issues. As mentioned, it will not provide any details about what was found, so the scan results are unreliable. It will, however, fix the issues only when you register the product. If you choose to register PC Cleaner, you will be redirected to the application’s website Shieldfix.com where you will be asked to fill in some personal details, such as your email address, phone number, and your full name. After you fill in the details you will be redirected to another page where you will have to select your payment method, be it MasterCard, Visa, and so on. The cost of the application is $24.50 USD.

Since you cannot tell whether the application actually works or not, you should not rush in and buy the full version. You should be aware that there are a lot of applications that can perform the functions that ShieldFix PC Cleaner performs free of charge, so you can remove this application and get another one. PC Cleaner has been developed by a software developer, called Shield Fix. The company is based in the United States. It does not have a lot of products. Currently it only has two, PC Cleaner and POPUP Fixer. Both applications are featured on the aforementioned website Shieldfix.com. However, it is possible that ShieldFix PC Cleaner is featured on other websites, but our researchers did not find any cases of this. So to date you can only get this application from its main website. However, we think that it is not worth getting.

If you have the free trial version of PC Cleaner we recommend that you remove it and get a more reliable, and above all, free application that will do a much better job than this one. There is just no way of knowing what the application is scanning for and if it is in any way beneficial. There is no reason to pay for a unreliable application, so it would be best if you just delete it. Do not hesitate to use our instructions located below, and feel free to provide feedback in the comments.
