Hi. In the 'common infection symptoms' listed on the right of the page, the loss of uninstall functionality is mentioned. This virus (istartsearch) is affected by this and and has made it impossible to uninstall (it asks for a security code then doesnt do anything anyway). What would you suggest?

I'm having this issue as well. It is not simple to uninstall as it asks you to write the word in the image but then it says you wrote it wrong and it will just close and not delete. How do I get around this?
