Delete from Internet Explorer:

  1. Launch the browser, simultaneously tap Alt+T and select Manage Add-ons.
  2. Click Toolbars and Extensions and Disable the undesirable items.
  3. Now go to Search Providers.
  4. Choose a new default search provider and Remove Ask Web Search. Click Close.
  5. Tap Alt+T again and select Internet Options.
  6. Click the General tab, change/remove the Home Page and click OK.

Delete from Google Chrome:

  1. Launch the browser, simultaneously tap Alt+F and select Settings.
  2. Find the Appearance section and mark Show Home button.
  3. Click Change and remove/overwrite the undesirable option. Click OK.
  4. Go to Search and click Manage search engines.
  5. Add a new default engine and remove (click X) the undesirable one.
  6. Tap Alt+F again, but this time select Tools and click Extensions.
  7. Find the undesirable plugin, click the recycle bin icon and select Remove.
