PureLeads

PureLeads is an adware program which displays coupons on shopping websites, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and many others. The application is developed by PureLeads, which offers their advertising services at pureleads.com/pureleads-solution/. It promotes a desktop application which speeds the user’s access to websites by fixing mistyped URL addresses.

The PureLeads adware program does not install any plug-in to the browsers, but injects malicious code into the website that you access. If you have installed PureLead by mistake, it implies that you acquire it through some other free program. There are hundreds of free applications to which you can be exposed by questionable installers and one of the ways to prevent unwanted programs is the reading of the information provided by the installer. If you are not satisfied with its terms of used and/or privacy policy, decline the installation in order to prevented unwanted consequences, because a single click on the Accept/Install button may end up with computer infections.

PureLeads is not responsible for the content of the advertisements, i.e., pricing errors and issues related to misinformation have to be solved by the third party to which a PureLeads ad takes your.

It is important to mention that the official website of the application does not provide users with terms of used or any other information related to the use of the application. All that you find at pureleads.com is a link which takes you to PureLeads Solutions and some advertisements indicating how the offers displayed by PureLeads look like. The fact that you cannot learn how the application works on the PC implies that it is not the most reliable application.

Usually, all adware programs records some anonymous information, which includes your IP address, browser types, the information on your clicks, your search terms, the details of the operating system, etc. The information is likely to be used for marketing and advertising. PureLeads cannot provide you with special offers matching your interests without monitoring you; however, bear mind that the coupons may take you a website different from the one that you are browsing; hence, you should be very careful when interacting with the application.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions. They should help you uninstall the adware program; however, we recommend that you implement a spyware removal tool. Our advice is to use SpyHunter, because this application can eliminate the unwanted PureLeads and also shield the system from various computer threats, including browser hijackers, rogue anti-spyware programs and Trojan horses.

THIS DOES NOT WORK! FIREFOX AND SEAMONKEY BROWSERS BECOME DISABLED: NO LINK CAN BE ACTIVATED. I HAD TO DO SYSTEM RESTORE to revive the browsers.
