Quizulous Toolbar

If you have noticed a strange toolbar running onto your computer, it is very possible that you have encountered the newest browser plugin called Quizulous Toolbar. This application has been created by Conduit Ltd and it can be even categorized as a browser hijacker because it changes the homepage and the search engine to its own search.conduit.com after the installation. You will not be allowed to restore the changes unless you remove Quizulous Toolbar. Quizulous Toolbar is not going to do anything beneficial. Actually, it does not even work properly. If you try to click on its main button, you will notice that the website to which you should be redirected is broken. The search engine, which will be set as your default one, might display various advertisements on the top of search results and there is a possibility that you will click on them accidentally and be taken to the website whose content is unreliable. In addition to this, you will see different ads every time you open your browser because they will be placed below the search box on the start screen. Please, ignore them all in order not to cause harm to the security of the system.

There is no need to download Quizulous Toolbar yourself in order to notice it running onto your PC. These days plenty of software comes bundled with various programs which, of course, are not always reliable. Thus, you should always select custom installation and then decide what programs to install. Remove Quizulous Toolbar

Windows 8

1. Right-click on the Metro UI background and select All apps.
2. Locate Control Panel and then select it.
3. Click Uninstall a program.
4. Right-click on the useless application.
5. Select Uninstall.

Windows 7 and Vista

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Select Control Panel from the menu.
3. Select Uninstall a program.
4. Right-click on the unwanted program.
5. Select Uninstall.

Windows XP

1. Open the Start menu.
2. Select Control Panel and then go to Add or Remove Programs.
3. Click on Quizulous Toolbar and select Remove.

Google Chrome

1. Open your browser and tap Alt+F.
2. Select Settings.
3. In On startup, mark Open a specific page or set of pages.
4. Click Set pages.
5. Add/remove the URL and click OK.
6. Select Manage search engines… under Search.
7. Select a new search engine and click Make default.
8. Select the unwanted search provider and click X.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Launch your browser and press Alt+T.
2. Select Options.
3. Select the General tab and type in a new homepage URL.
4. Go to the start screen of your browser.
5. Click on the search provider box in the top-right corner.
6. Tap F4 and select a new search engine.
7. Tap F4 again and select Manage Search Engines…
8. Select a search provider and click Remove.

Internet Explorer

1. Open the browser and tap Alt+T.
2. Select Manage Add-ons and click Search Providers.
3. Click on the search provider and select Set as default.
4. Click on the useless search engine and click Remove.
5. Tap Alt+T again and select Internet Options.
6. Select the General tab and type in homepage address.
