  1. Launch the browser, simultaneously tap Alt+T and select Options.
  2. Click the General tab and locate the Home Page box.
  3. Overwrite/remove the displayed URL and then click OK.
  4. Now click the search provider icon displayed on the search box on the top-right corner.
  5. Select Manage Search Engines.
  6. Remove the undesirable search provider and click OK.
