  • Annoying Pop-up's is a browser hijacker. It means that it modifies your default home page and search engine settings, consequently exposing you to potentially corrupted and dangerous content. The infection is distributed via bundled downloads together with freeware. Therefore, it means that you download onto your computer yourself. Perhaps you are not aware of this, but quite often you can choose whether you want to install additional applications on your computer or not. You can change installation options during the setup process, so be attentive whenever you install new apps downloaded from third party websites.
