MagniPic

MagniPic is a browser plugin available at magnipic.info, and this application is meant to magnify Facebook images whenever you log into your account and hover over posted pictures. Even though the add-on seems quite useless to Windows security experts, many Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browser users have installed it already. Unfortunately, this is a mistake because together with the plugin comes the infamous Search Protect by Conduit. This application is meant to provide better web browsing experience; however, it is more likely to endanger your virtual security. We recommend that you delete Search Protect and remove MagniPic from the operating Windows system. Please continue reading if you wish to learn how to remove these potentially unwanted programs from the computer.

Even though it is often stated that MagniPic is an adware program which floods the browsers with highly unreliable coupons and ads, in reality this plugin is quite harmless. It is the secondary programs comming bundled with this plugin which you may need to beware of. As you may know already, the program does not present an installation wizard after you click the download button, which means that you may know nothing about the applications which are attached to it. It is these unfamiliar programs which may enable an onslaught of unreliable adverts, coupons and offers. If you have noticed such activity already, do not click on any pop-ups and remove MagniPic related malware.

In order to delete MagniPic and programs related to it you should employ automatic spyware detection and removal software. We suggest installing SpyHunter, a reliable Windows security tool which will detect and delete malware from the operating system. You can also try to delete the infection manually; however, you still need to ensure full time Windows protection. If you do not install authentic security software, your computer could be infected with malware soon enough.
