Internet Police Department

You need to remove Internet Police Department Virus as soon as you discover that your personal computer has been locked. You should be able to recognize the threat as soon as your PC becomes locked and you are introduced to a misleading notification with the Internet Police Department Extra Omnes credentials attached to it. Needless to say, all information presented through the computer locking warning should be ignored. Even though you are urged to act as soon as possible, you need to analyze the situation carefully before you make any abrupt decisions. We are here to lead you through this analysis and Internet Police Department Virus removal. So, if you wish to learn more – continue reading the report.

The name of Internet Police Department Virus hides the clandestine Urausy Trojan, an infection which uses rootkit files to hide against detection and removal. The threat is usually infiltrated alongside bundled downloads, and the only way to prevent its existence is by ensuring full-time Windows protection. If your PC is not guarded by authentic spyware detection and removal software, it is possible that soon enough you will be attacked by one of these infamous threats:

Without a doubt, there are tens of different versions of the malicious Internet Police Department Virus which you may need to delete. The threats share the credentials of authentic law enforcers (e.g. Interpol, Cyber Crime Unit), as well as the same fake accusations. It appears that the text is identical from one case to the next, and the only things that change are the flag at the top of the alert, the pictures and the money transfer systems used. For example, if you live in Europe and your PC has been infected with the ransomware, you may be ordered to pay a fine (e.g. 100 Euro) via Paysafecard and Ukash. However, those living in North America are more likely to discover Moneygram and Moneypak services attached to the fake warning.

The last thing you should do is pay the demanded fine because the accusations are completely bogus. Pay no attention to the illegally presented flags, logos and names either, and most importantly, do not pay any attention to such ridiculous statements:

ATTENTION! Your computer has been blocked up for safety reasons listed below. […]
Article 215 of [country] criminal law provides for the punishment of deprivation of liberty for terms from 5 to 8 years and/or up to €/$100.000 fine. […]
Please, mind that both your personal identities and location are well identified, and criminal case can be opened against you in course of 96 hours as of commission of crimes per above Article. Criminal case can be submitted to court […]
If erroneous passs were entered, or if attempt was made to cancel vouchers after transaction, then, apart from above breaches, you will be charged with fraud […]

All of this is meant to scare you into purchasing the bogus vouchers and submitting them as a fine payment. In reality, the Police would never ask you to pay fines via such unreliable money transfer systems. Moreover, it is clear that the text is written in broken English, which is a dead giveaway that it has not been generated by authoritative departments. All in all, it is important that you remove Internet Police Department Virus from the PC as soon as possible, and the removal instructions below will help you greatly. Note that we do not recommend that anyone deletes the infection manually because this removal task is too complicated.
