Trojan.Itsproc

Trojan.Itsproc is a Trojan which is known to cause severe damage to its victims’ PCs. It enters the system on the back of other malware, spreading through the Autorun functionality on removable data or can be downloaded independently through corrupt security updates and third party downloads. This Trojan.Itsproc performs all of its actions in the background of the system, and has no discernable symptoms to look out for. The only way the user will become aware of Trojan.Itsproc’s presence on the system will be from notifications of installed security software on the PC.

The nature of Trojan.Itsproc is malicious, and this Trojan was designed to perform various underhanded and nefarious tasks on an infected PC. It will open various ports on the infected PC which will be used to provide remote access and complete control of the infected system to faceless, criminal hackers.

It also has the ability to execute any application without the user’s consent, and may disable security products on the system which could be able to detect and delete Trojan.Itsproc. This Trojan will attempt to disguise its malicious behavior and presence on the system by patching processes in memory. It will also modify the system so that it can execute itself each time Windows boots up. It will also try to sidestep security systems by modifying firewall access lists, and install unsigned drivers.

Through taking the above into consideration, it is clear to see that Trojan.Itsproc poses a severe threat to PC security and privacy. If you suspect an infection, destroy Trojan.Itsproc without any further delay. This can be best and safest achieved by employing the removal power of a genuine security tool.
