Vista Malware lives up to the stereotypical rogue antimalware security tool out to steal honest consumers’ money by hook or by crook. It goes without saying that you should never believe any correspondence from this rogue, and dispose of Vista Malware immediately.

As with all rogue security tools, Vista Malware will allow you to ‘scan’ your PC for errors and infections, then refuse you a solution until you part with your money to remove the purported “serious” infections. This is nothing but a seemingly sophisticated online scam out to fleece PC owners out of their money, as Vista Malware simply does not offer any diagnostic or removal capabilities.

As a further attack on the PC and in an effort to convince the PC owner of its legitimacy, Vista Malware will be the instigator of the very symptoms it warned the user about. These include blocked Internet connections and the blocking of legitimate executables. It will hold the PC ransom until the consumer relents or until the user takes the required action to permanently dispose of Vista Malware. You will need to kill pw.exe, its main executable process in order to facilitate Vista Malware’s removal.
