If You cant open SpyHunter, run it in SAFE MODE (start the computer and constantly hit F8, after You see a menu, select SAFE MODE)

I can't afford to keep paying a bunch of people for anti-spyware software that isn't working. I'm not very PC literate and I want to find a step by step instructions for manually removing this crap off of my computer. I don't know what else to do. Nothing is working and I have no idea what to do once I'm in safe mode. Where do I begin to unload this crap.

This program would be great, but somehow this virus is preventing me from running all programs aside from internet explorer. I really don't know what to do, I can't find anything to help.

I got hit too. Boot up in Safe Mode. It will look like it's stuck, but give it a few minutes. From there, you can delete the files. You may need to change your folder's properties to see the C:/Documents and Settings/ All Users/ Application Data folder, as it's a hidden folder.

Hope that helps. But you CAN run your programs and stuff when you boot up in Safe Mode. So there's your glimmer of hope.
