WinPC Antivirus

WinPC Antivirus (or WinPCAntivirus, Win PC Antivirus, Win PCAntivirus) is a rogue anti-spyware software. WinPC Antivirus is a replica of WinPC Defender (also know as Win PC Defender, WinPCDefender, Win PCDefender) rogue anti-spyware programs. WinPC Antivirus can enter a user’s computer system via a Trojan which sneaks into the system through security holes, such as spam emails or it can be installed by another malware. WinPC Antivirus generates fake system warning alerts, fake scan reports and fake error messages about the “infection” on the user’s computer system to trick and scare him into buying the “full” version of WinPC Antivirus software. WinPC Antivirus should not be trusted or purchased as it is rogue anti-spyware software and should be deleted immediately!

i keep getting this eary music its not too creepy but yeah it plays itself im pretty sure its doing sahit to my computer when it plays cause it plays every

]and every five ***** minutes it plays a new audio

  5. smart432432142 May 19, 2009

when it plays the music go to task manager and look for an "IEXPLORER" process with around 13, 000 to 14, 000 KB and end process, the music will stop. its cause the trojan is hijacking your browser

  6. Amanda May 24, 2009

This thing just installed itself on my computer. How do I get rid of it? I'm not too technologically savvy and don't want to wreck my computer.

  7. Mr IT Man May 25, 2009

rename the target file for winPC antivirus then restart your machine, this way it wont find the file and it wont run. Then you'll need to do a full virus scan and anti spyware scan. Once both come up with clean results you are good!

  8. Mr IT Man May 25, 2009

Note renaming the file is not a solution, it just stops the sucker running while you clear it from your computer! Always keep AV and antispyware software up to date!

  9. IT Wizard May 25, 2009

MR IT MAN is right though for the less tech savvy just follow insturctions the vendor of this site supplied above.
