WinPC Defender, also known as WinPCDefender or Win PC Defender, is a fake antispyware application that was solely created to ruin the integrity of a computer system. WinPC Defender is an extremely malicious. WinPC Defender is a replica of the infamous XP Police Antivirus. WinPC Defender tends to enter a system via the installation of a video codec that is accompanied by a Trojan application, malware and virus. when i install a removal for pcwin defender or my anti spyware programs, it will not let me install anything.
Is there anything else i can do before i restore my PC

when i browse any website.. IE Displays a message that.. Check with WinPC defender.. and stops working.
