Like all rogue antispyware AntiMalwareSuite uses exaggerated scan reports, fake warning messages and fake system alerts about infections in user's computer system to trick them that they need to buy "full" version in order to remove the their reported problems. Usually AntiMalwareSuite installs into user's computer without any permission, through Trojan Vundo, Trojan Zlob, spyware or other fake software.
