TotalAntivirus or Total Antivirus, Total Antivirus 3.11 is a rogue antispyware associated with another rogue XPAntivirus, XPAntivirus2008. Usually, TotalAntivirus is downloaded and installed by a Trojan (such as Trojan Zlob)or other illicit mechanisms. TotalAntivirus can also come bundled with other fake software programs and may be secretly installed into user's computer system. Once executed, TotalAntivirus will generate fake warning messages, fake scan reports claiming that users omputer is infected. This is how TotalAntivirus creators are trying to trick users into buying the commercial version of TotalAntivirus.
