I have deleted these files, stopped these process and checked the registry, but my windows wallpaper still has the "Warning spyware detected" message on it. I placed a picture over top of it, but then it removes the picture. Any suggestions? The original pop up that says to enable protection has not come up in a while.

Get rid of incredimail. Get rid of its wallpaper addon. In fact, get rid of all your 'shareware' and 'freeware'. After uninstalling them, and then manuallyu removing them from the 'run" folders in your registry, scan / clean with ad-aware 2008 and your current antivirus software (I used symantec antivirus 10.x). Then reboot and do it again. repeat until its clean. Sometimes it takes 2-3 times. Moral of the story, stick with comercial software.
