    you should use some software to scan the autos-tart list, and you may find ctfmona.exe. this file is under c:/windows/system32, thou should terminat process ctfmona.exe and delete the file in c:/windows/system32

    i am happy to see there are many removal tools online.

    If you want to remove this rogue thoroughly, first terminate weird processes, then use Autoruns.exe (search that in google) to delete related regisry entries, following by using a file shredder to shred weird folders in c:/program files, finally use an antivirus to scan c:/
