XP-Shield (or XP-Shield 2.1, XPShield) is another rogue anti-spyware application. XP-Shield like many other rogue ani-spyware programs gives false positives scan results when it scans users computer, it gives false warning messages about infection also. XP-Shield anti-spyware can't remove popular spyware in users system because it is rogue itself. XP-Shield wants to scare users with fake popups and scan results just to make them believe that they really need to buy the “full” version of XP-Shield. However it will not fix their computer system for 100%, more than that it will slow users pc and secretly can install additional spyware. Do not trust or buy XP-Shield and delete it as soon as possible!
