I have no idea how this was downloaded, but I keep trying to uninstall amd it will not go off my screen. Now someone wants to sell me a removal kit. I don't trust that line either. It keeps telling me I have all these treats and I will not bite that line. So I feel I have no choice but to take my computer to a professional. I sure have gotten a lot of e-mails from S. Africa and England Stating I have won millions or they need help moving money to USA. I never received unusual e-mail until this appeared on my screen and I can't get rid of it. I think I will sue.
